Who We Are
Your Clean Break is a product of my "touch of OCD" and my wife's love for elevating the family by putting passion into purpose. Your Clean Break was our way making sure we give the opportunity for families to spend more time together. We want to leave a legacy for our family while also giving the community a break from cleaning to enjoy their families. We look forward to serving the Metro Atlanta area for decades to come.

Cleaning FAQ
What types of cleanings do you offer?
Your Clean Break offers one time deep cleanings, maintenance cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring service. We also offer move-in cleaning for those preparing to move into their new home and move out cleanings for those who want to leave their house sparkling clean for the next family.
Do I have to provide my own cleaning supplies?
No, Your Clean Break provides all supplies needed to clean your home. We stand behind our products and know that they will clean even the toughest spots.
How long will it take to clean my home?
The first cleaning is quoted based on a normal home condition. If your home requires special attention we will either need to extend our time at an hourly rate or prioritize your cleaning. All of this will be outlined in your estimate.
How do I know what time the team will arrive?
We will arrive between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. If you need a more specific time, you may call our office after 8:00 AM on the day of your cleaning, and we can give you a time estimate of when we will arrive at your home. Please remember that your team could arrive as early as 8:00 AM.
May I specify the arrival time of the cleaning?
Because of the various frequency options that we offer our customers, our schedule changes day to day and week to week. You can always tell us if you have specific time requests, and we will attempt to accommodate your needs. The only guaranteed arrival time that we offer is the first appointment (arrival between 8:00 AM & 9 AM).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
If a scheduling change is needed, simply call our office at 678-527-9178 ( at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled cleaning date to avoid the late cancellation fee. If you skip your regularly scheduled “bi-weekly” cleaning, your next cleaning will be charged at a “monthly rate”. If you skip your “monthly” cleaning, your next cleaning will be charged at an initial price. It is important that you keep to your regularly scheduled cleaning to ensure your team has enough time in your home to a great job.
Are the people that clean my home Legal, Trained, and Insured?
Yes. That is the preferred method for entry to your home. Having a key to your home eliminates the requirement for you to be home, or leaving the key hidden outside the home. A majority of our customers take advantage of this key service. All customer keys are number coded and locked in our
Can I give you a key to my house?
Yes. That is the preferred method for entry to your home. Having a key to your home eliminates the requirement for you to be home, or leaving the key hidden outside the home. A majority of our customers take advantage of this key service. All customer keys are number coded and locked in our office nightly. If a key should be misplaced, there is no indication of the residence to which it belongs. If you prefer to leave a door open or a key left in a concealed spot we will enter with your permission.
What if I have a pet?
Our employees are trained to be aware of pets when entering and exiting your home. Obviously, we do not want to upset your pet with the introduction of new people and different noises. It has been our experience that pets are best kept away from the cleaning area and team members if possible. When speaking with our office, please remember to provide us the name of your pet so our staff can use the pet’s name when entering.
Do I have to pick up before the Team arrives?
We realize that getting ready for “cleaning day” can be a stressful time. It’s not our intention that you “clean” before we get to your home, but we do ask that general clutter, clothing, toys, etc. be picked up as much as possible as this preparation allows us to focus on cleaning surfaces and not spending time tidying.
